Abstract anagement theory of Yiology based on Zhou Yi can form its unique system on "management and environment" issues. On the one hand, Management theory of Yiology is different from western mainstream system; on the other hand, Management theory of Yiology can be understood from western perspectives. Therefore, Management theory of Yiology is both unique and universal. Chinese and Western Mutual Interpretation is the only way to the development of the management academic.
