Abstract he study try to develop construct of the harmonious mental model in Chinese culture based on grounded theory. It took the author six months to get first data from five companies by field research. The author then analyzes compares and generalizes all of the data using grounded theory. By doing this, the author finds that the harmonious mental model is constituted of three dimensions, which are the altruistic behavior tendency, harmonious thinking manner and harmonious faith.
