Abstract Academic management studies have shown the trend of Blackboard. Although the problem of the separation of management theory and practice is somehow complicated, its essence is a methodological problem. From the perspective of Bridgman's operationalism theory, the paper argues that the sources of Blackboard Management lie in the immature definition which leads to the Pan-Scale-Style research, the Pseudo-reduction and the neglect of the Practicality of conclusions, i.e. the Management Hermeneutics.
