Abstract

There are three types of losing values in Chinese management academia: (1) researchers lost inner values because they research for money and tenure rather than science or practice; (2) researchers lost extrinsic values because their research results without use value have a lot of exchange value; (3) researchers mistakenly believe that inner values and extrinsic values are paradoxical.
