Attribution Study of Interpersonal Skills with Government for Entrepreneurial Family Business: Based on the Study of Japanese Mitsui and HeBei Dawoo Group
When it comes to the issue of the governmententerprise relationship in the growth stage of entrepreneurial family business against the background of transitional economy, the grounded theory is adopted; based on the study of Japanese Mitsui and Hebei Dawoo Group, the deeper factors influencing interpersonal skills with government are explored. The findings show that under the combined action of three governmententerprises relationship factors of family relationship accumulation, individual traits of entrepreneur and entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial family businesses would realize the acquisition and maintenance of sustained competitive advantages though applying interpersonal skill with government to develop favorable environment interface. Meanwhile, the enhancement of one single essential factor is inadequate to establish longterm effective interpersonal skill with government. Moreover, interpersonal skill with government varies in different external environments. In terms of the economic environment becomes standardized, family business should develop the interpersonal skill with government in the way of ‘legitimate effects’ instead of ‘illegitimate rentseeking’ and ‘compliance’ rather than ‘violation’.
