业务互补型裂变新创企业生成机理研究

摘要基于理论抽样，运用扎根理论研究方法对经验资料进行了系统归纳和提炼，得出了潜在创业主体培养、内部关系网络构建、外部创业机会识别、离职创业动机产生、新创企业业务选择和互补裂变企业生成6个主范畴；在主范畴之间逻辑关系识别的基础上，构建了业务互补型裂变新创企业生成机理的理论模型。研究发现，潜在创业者培养是业务互补型裂变新创企业生成的前提条件；关系网络构建是业务互补型裂变新创企业生成的资源基础；创业机会识别是业务互补型裂变新创企业生成的触发动力；合作网链嵌入是业务互补型裂变新创企业生成的有效路径；信任关系建立是业务互补型裂变新创企业生成的成功保障。

Abstract：The complementary spin-off is a common form of entrepreneurial activity, but there is still a big gap between theoretical research and practices. Based on theoretical sampling, we refined six main categories by grounded theory, such as potential entrepreneurs training, internal network achievement, complementary entrepreneurial opportunity, entrepreneurial motivation improvement, strategy position of new venture, and formation of complementary new venture. Then, we constructed a model about the generation mechanism of complementary spin-off entrepreneurship, and presented some further discussion at last.
