This study focuses on overseas Nonmarket Strategy of Chinese multinational enterprises. Based on the buffering strategy and bridging strategy as dependent variable and firm scale, technical resources, enterprise growth as independent variable, we try to find the effects of enterprise growth on nonmarket strategy. The results shows that firm scale and technical resources make significant effect on overseas nonmarket strategy of Chinese multinational enterprise while the enterprise growth does not, and Chinese multinational enterprises prefer bridging strategy. This indicates that the resource-based view is still an important theoretical basis of overseas nonmarket strategy of Chinese multinationals, and high growth has not been paid sufficient attention by Chinese multinational enterprises and needs to be an important bargaining chip when they negotiate with the host government.
