Abstract：

This paper reviews the research situation of the program Enterprise Theory granted by National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars（No. 70525005).The background and significance of this program are analyzed. The main contents and achievements of the program are introduced. The representative papers and works of the program are given.
