Nature of organizations and their structures or certain phenomena were explained in words of image.The organizational metaphor was the central reflection of image thinking,being a key step for people to evolve to the conceptual thinking.Modern models and hyper-modern models made up of the organizational metaphors were discussed.It was pointed out that theories and practices of organizations and their managements were in nature controlled by hypothesis.Metaphors affected people's opinion on organization and management,and their choice on the ways of organizational theory research and its methods and paths.
