基于惯例变异的战略变革过程研究

摘要

试图研究基于惯例变异的内生性战略变革的过程,研究的重点是,在既定的初始条件下,惯例变异的起点以及变异传导的方向或范围与企业战略变革方向、程度以及模式之间的关系。为此将集中分析以下几个问题:其一、从惯例变异的视角来看,战略变革过程的基本事件序列及战略变革的潜在结果;其二,隐藏在这些基本事件序列背后的战略变革的动力机制及其关系;其三,影响并制约动力机制发挥作用的情景机制及其互动关系,以及其对战略变革过程的影响。

Abstract：

The relationship between routinechange and the process of strategic change was found out.The following things were analyzed.①Sequences of strategic change events and its potential results on the basis of routineschange.②The dynamic mechanism of strategic change behind basic event sequences and its relationship.③ Contingencies which influenced and controlled the dynamic mechanism and the reciprocal relationship,and its effect on the process of strategic change.
