11 Coals Listed Companies', technical efficiency were calculated using Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA). The function relationship between capital structure and technical efficiency is given based on the data from the Coals Listed Companies during 2001～2006.  The regression analysis shows that there is remarkable converse Utyped relationship between the capital structure and the technical efficiency.
