n philosophy, the existence and motion of all things would follow the basic law of “one divided into four”. Management, as a form of the matter'motion, is made of opposite motion structure, competitive motion one, transferable motion one and unified motion one. During the evolvement, there is a clear distinction in management culture perspective between oriental and occident. The former deems everything as a whole which has a holistic nature and operates on the “hehe-mechanism”; the latter follows the viewpoint thatt has the structure nature and operates on the mechanism of anatomization and competition. Initiated from the occident culture, the perspectives of modern science and culture that interjected the eastern and western culture and the scientific outlook on management, have the systemic character and operates as a whole and decomposed into parts, and re-integration lastly. Based on the chinese management culture's structure of existence and motion and the realism of chinese enterprises existence and motion, the Chinese management should regard the structure viewpoint as their core idea, the “law of one divided into four” of management process as their structure approach, the design priority to “hexie-coupling” and the dynamic evolution as their path approach, to realize its construction and development in China.
