The article points out the weaknesses of current management basedon experiences and popular theories and develops a model of management basedon research evidence(MBRE), which adopts the abduction reasoning process and the double-loop learning process. The article emphasizes on the importance of MBRE in the process of business growth, verifies the effectiveness of the new paradigm and makes a systematic analysis of the implementation of it.
