This paper reviews the theory and empirical research in the relationship between time pressure and staff's creative performance and sums up the previous views about the relationship. The authors distinguish the nature of time pressure based on the previous research. Exploring the moderator variables and the mediated variables between time pressure and staff's creative performance is thefuture direction to resolve the differences of the research results.
