Occupational pressure, weariness, schizophrenia and even suicide and short lifespan of business organizations reflect the serious alienation of theexisting management system. Management alienation leads to the loss of business efficiency, and what's worse, the sacred humanity is enslaved cruelly. The exploration of the new pattern on Subjectivity Management is the profound reflection of and response to management alienation. The theoretical hard core, protection zone and solution of the new pattern on Subjectivity Management are respectively‘the humanity premise of subjectivity and management thinking’, ‘organization justice and system insurance’ and ‘selfmanagement, subjectivity exploration, internal marketing, and management function innovation’.
