Abstract:Through a longitudinal case study, this study analyzes the early experience of Fu Shenglong, founder of Dahan Group, from the perspective of interaction between individual and environment based on imprinting theory, and analyzes the internal reasons and evolution mechanism of the formation of the three-stage business philosophy of Dahan Group by exploring the influence of the imprint source of individual past experience on the shaping of individual cognitive framework. The results show that imprint will shape the individual’s cognitive framework, and then limit the scope of attention. Therefore, the formation of Dahan Group’s business philosophy is closely related to the personal imprint left by its founder’s past experience. The iteration of business philosophy is also the result of the constant change of the dominant imprint under the dynamic adjustment of the environment. As the dominant imprint has experienced a development process from shallow to deep, from outside to inside, the business philosophy has gradually evolved from “survival-oriented” to “spiritual-oriented”.
