Abstract:Based on the Self-determination Theory, 359 craftsmen talents were selected as samples through two-stage data collection to conduct empirical tests. The process model of the influence of workplace status on career calling was explored and constructed, with passion as the mediating variable and pay understanding as the moderating variable. Research results show that workplace status has a positive impact on career calling; Passion partially mediated the relationship between workplace status and career calling; Pay understanding weakens the relationship between workplace status and passion, and also weakens the indirect effect between workplace status and career calling.
