The Internal Mechanism of Environmentally Specific Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment Based on the Orientation of Corporate Social Responsibility
Abstract:From the orientation of corporate social responsibility, this study explores the impact mechanism of environmentally specific transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment based on the theory of planned behavior. According to the collected 319 valid questionnaires, the empirical results show that: environmentally specific transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on employees’ organizational citizenship behavior for the environment; environmental altruistic concern mediates the relationship between environmentally specific transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment; perceived organizational support positively moderates the relationship between environmentally specific transformational leadership and environmental altruistic concern, and expresses as a regulated intermediary.
