Abstract：The dual breaking contract behavior of company and peasant household frequently occur and seriously restrict the improvement of a twostage agricultural perishable products supply chain consisting of a farmer and a company. Considering the feature and characteristics of market price and market demand of fresh agricultural perishable products, the paper’s main purpose is to research grey game in a twostage agricultural perishable products supply chain under grey market price and grey market demand combining the game theory and the graysystem theory. The dynamic cooperation mechanism is designed to reach Nash equilibrium and to realize the united optimization of supply chain by analyzing greygame matrix between a company and a farmer. The constructive proof and an example are shown to verify that the cooperation mechanism model is reasonable and effective.
