Abstract:In this paper we use empirical method to study Employee’s Harmonious Mental Models in Chinese Enterprises. Firstly, we build conceptual model of employee’s harmonious mental models and propose theory hypothesis that harmonious mental models is constituted of three dimensions which are the altruistic behavioral tendency, harmonious thinking manner and harmonious faith. Secondly, we develop the questionnaire of employees’ harmonious mental models by the procedures and principles of psychological scale development. Through a sample questionnaire survey of enterprises in China and data analysis we confirm the hypothesis.
