Abstract:Based on the analysis of the affecting factors of the knowledge diffusion in the supply chain, two different knowledge diffusion models which are entitled the Layerchain Diffusion Structure mode (LDS) and the Center Diffusion Structure mode (CDS) in the supply chain are proposed, and the System Dynamics (SD) models of the two modes are built with the help of Vensim software. The simulation analysis shown that the CDS mode is more efficient than the LDS mode, moreover, converting the tacit knowledge to the explicit knowledge, effeicent knowledge diffusion media and well learning ability can improve the knowledge diffusion efficiency. It also proves that SD simulation is a valid method to find out and improve the positive factors of knowledge diffusion efficiency.
