Evaluation is the essence of choice, Selection is based on “shi”, Namely information or information shi. Therefore, the effective evaluation of the basic mechanism and principle is “the biggest evaluation production information and create the biggest assessment information shi”. Due to the fact that constitute mathematical group of symmetry structure has the maximum amount of information and the largest information, facing the evaluation system and its basic principle in Chinese management practice means seeking a group of multivariate symmetrical index and making it into mathematics with mathematical group feature so as to turn complex theoretical evaluation on management practice into effective and scientific. Since the complexity of “cultural entanglements” in China’s management situation surpasses that of western “linear independence”, facing Chinese management based on practice evaluation research has the extensive applicability to western management practice.
