There are lots of arguments about the relationship between management and culture in academe area. This artical regards the two (management and culture) as a “complex”.The management seeks for general suitability while the culture shows particularity.The complex between them results in corresponding deviation of management study.The management research of the culture functions such as the value orientation, preferred selection, habitua control, thinking pattern, will develop into a general suitable theory that exceeds particularity.The so-called Chinese Management and Orient Management are none other than making mistakes in this “complex”.In fact, most of studies about management culture just summarize the experiences of the management at the same time they deviate from the general suitability of management.
