hough extra-duty behavior, organizational citizenship behavior is shown by employees in their work, so it may have influences on employee's working performance. In this paper, organizational citizenship behavior is divided into "ideal employee", "loyal employee", "communicative employee" and "individualized employee" four kinds on the basis of two basic behavioral inclinations named "benefit organization" and "benefit others". Through the empirical research, the results indicate that: It has positive correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and employee's working performance; four kinds of organizational citizenship behavior have influences on employee's working performance in various degree.
