Enterprises in Sichuan Province were investigated. The relationship among demographic characteristics, job stress, cognitive and affective conflict of these enterprises' top managers was analyzed. It was concluded that: (1) the job stress of the top managers would decrease with their ages; (2) the higher the educational levels of the top managers would be, the more they would experience conflict; (3) the increment of affective conflict would lead to the increment of cognitive conflict;(4) the stress of jobs would correlate with cognitive conflict positively and (5) the top managers would be inclined to handle the conflict by integration or completion ways.
