Research on the Selection of Successors in Private Enterprises and Its Examples under the Background of System-changing and Upgrading——A Case Study of Private Enterprises in Shaoxing, Zhejiang

Based on the succesion of 45 private enterprises in ShaoXing,the elements affecting the succession modes were investigated.It was found that the size of the companies, the entrepreneurs' educated levels, the degree of control (share) to the company as well as the company's background showed distinct relationship each other.
