At present, numerous family enterprises in China are facing the problems emerging in intergenerational inheritance. Whether the intergenerational inheritance will be successful or not has a great impact on the tobe vitality of these family enterprises. On the basis of the sociology and organizational behavior, the successors' training process was discussed. Corresponding managerial suggestions are proposed to ensure smooth succession in Chinese family enterprises.
