Construction of practice training effect evaluation system of intravenous therapy nurse specialists based on Offset model

Abstract: Objective To construct a practice training effect evaluation system of intravenous therapy nurse specialists, and to provide reference for evaluating the effect of clinical practice teaching. Methods Based on the Offset model, after analyzing the content of the practice training outline of the training base for intravenous therapy nurse specialists, combined with literature review, and Delphi technique to construct the effect evaluation system and the index weight was identified by using analytic hierarchy process. Results Eighteen experts were included in the consultation the response rate of the two rounds of correspondence was both 100%, and the authority coefficient of the experts was 0.960. The coordination coefficient of the first-, second-, and third- level indicators of the first round of correspondence was 0.322, 0.215, and 0.151, respectively. The coordination coefficient of the first-, second-, and third- level indicators of the second round of correspondence were 0.358, 0.270, and 0.256, respectively, and the difference was all statistically significant (P<0.001). The final evaluation system consisted of 4 first-level, 15 second-level, and 67 third-level indicators. Conclusion The enthusiasm, authority, degree of concentration of opinions and degree of coordination of the experts in correspondence are all high. The constructed evaluation system is scientific and practical, which provides theoretical guidance for the training, assessment and management of intravenous therapy nurse specialists.
