316名儿科护士道德复原力现状及影响因素分析

Current status of moral resilience and its influencing factors in pediatric nurses: a 316-case study

摘要: 目的 调查儿科护士道德复原力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样的方法,于2023年5—6月选取北京市7所三级医院的316名儿科护士作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表,拉什顿道德复原力量表,护士道德勇气量表,自我效能量表,医院伦理氛围量表对其进行调查。采用多重线性回归分析探讨儿科护士道德复原力的影响因素。结果 本组儿科护士道德复原力总分为(48.18±6.39)分;多重线性回归分析的结果显示,性别、职称、科室、自我效能和医院伦理氛围进入回归方程(P<0.05),共解释总变异的22.1%。结论 本组儿科护士道德复原力处于中等偏上水平,性别、职称、科室、自我效能和医院伦理氛围是儿科护士道德复原力的主要影响因素。护理管理者应针对性的开展道德实践与应对的培训学习,关注重点人群,通过提高护士自我效能感及营造良好的医院伦理氛围来帮助其提高道德复原力水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current status of moral resilience of pediatric nurses, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 316 pediatric nurses from 7 tertiary grade-A hospitals in Beijing were selected as the research subjects from May to June 2023, and they were investigated by a General Information Questionnaire, Rushton Moral Resilience Scale, Moral Courage Scale, Self-efficacy Scale and Hospital Ethical Climate Scale. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of moral resilience of pediatric nurses. Results The average total score of moral resilience of pediatric nurses was48.18±6.39. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that sex, professional title, department, self-efficacy and hospital ethical atmosphere were the influencing factors of moral resilience (P<0.05), accounting for 22.1% of the total variables. Conclusion Moral resilience of pediatric nurses is above the average level, which is mainly affected by sex, professional title, department, self-efficacy and hospital ethical climate. It is suggested that nurse managers should carry out targeted training and learning on moral practice and coping strategies, and pay more attention to specific groups. To improve the moral resilience of pediatric nurses, enhancing their self-efficacy and fostering a positive ethical atmosphere in the hospital should be considered.
