摘要: 目的 整合儿童支气管哮喘运动方案相关证据,为医护人员指导哮喘患儿进行运动训练提供参考依据。方法 基于“6S”证据资源金字塔模型,系统检索国内外的指南网站、相关专业协会网站及数据库,英文数据库:PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library;中文数据库:中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方、维普数据库,遴选出符合纳入标准的文献,由课题组2名研究者独立对文献进行质量评价、证据提取和证据整合。结果 共纳入15篇文献,包括2篇指南、9篇系统评价、4篇随机对照试验,从运动评估、运动禁忌证、运动方式、运动时间、运动强度、运动获益、健康教育7个方面整合了20条最佳证据。结论 哮喘患儿进行运动前,应排除有无运动禁忌证,同时由多学科团队对患儿进行评估,并从运动方式、运动时间、运动强度、健康教育方面进行指导,使患儿在药物规范治疗的基础上,结合运动改善哮喘控制水平,提升其生活质量。
