癌症患者及其配偶二元应对的相关研究进展

摘要： 目的 综述二元应对在癌症患者及其配偶中的研究现状,为制定本土化的二元干预方案提供参考依据。方法 检索国内外相关文献,分别从二元应对的相关理论模型、测评工具以及研究现状等方面进行综述。结果 二元应对在癌症患者及其配偶应对疾病中具有重要作用。系统交互模型是发展较为成熟的理论模型,基于该模型诞生的二元应对量表也得到国内外学者的广泛应用。癌症患者及其配偶二元应对与亲密关系、婚姻满意度、生活质量、焦虑抑郁之间具有显著的相关性。从二元关系角度开展的二元心理社会干预、二元运动干预以及二元应对技能干预能有效改善癌症患者及其配偶的身心健康。结论 二元干预能够有效改善夫妻双方的亲密关系及生活质量,我国尚缺乏针对本土文化背景下的特异性干预方案,需借鉴内外相关文献,构建适合于我国癌症夫妻的二元应对干预方案。
