摘要: 目的 探讨青岛市规范化培训护士的人文执业能力现状及其影响因素。方法 采用方便抽样法选取337名规范化培训护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士人文执业能力量表和组织社会化情况问卷进行调查。结果 护士人文执业能力得分(112.81±14.33)分,组织社会化得分(122.57±14.97)分。人文执业能力各维度与组织社会化各维度呈正相关(P<0.05),多元线性回归分析结果显示,同事关心程度、工作年限、组织社会化是规培期护士人文执业能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 组织社会化是影响规范化培训护士人文执业能力的重要因素,护理管理者可通过针对性的措施提高规范化培训护士角色适应水平,从而提高其人文执业能力。
