虚拟现实技术在老年痴呆患者中的研究进展

摘要： 目的 对虚拟技术应用于老年痴呆患者的文献研究进展进行综述,旨在为早期辅助筛查老年痴呆、认知功能训练和照顾者应用提供借鉴。方法 检索国内外相关研究文献,从虚拟技术在老年痴呆患者中应用辅助筛查、认知功能训练及照顾者应用等方面进行综述。结果 虚拟现实技术可有效反应患者定向力障碍、认知功能障碍及日常生活能力受损;提高患者认知训练的依从性及提高患者认知功能;减少照顾者的负性情绪。结论 将虚拟现实技术应用于我国老年痴呆患者中有待于研究与探讨。
