摘要: 目的 探讨体育活动对神经性厌食症患者干预效果的影响。方法 检索了EMBASE、PubMed、Medline、CINAHL、BIOSIS Previews、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库,纳入体育活动对神经性厌食症患者干预效果的随机对照试验,利用RevMan 5.3进行Meta 分析和系统评价。结果 共纳入7项随机对照研究,217例患者。结果 显示:与对照组相比,体育活动干预组患者体质量增量[MD=0.05,95%CI(-1.41,1.51),P=0.94]、体质量指数[MD=-0.4,95%CI(-1.23,0.42),P=0.34]和体脂百分率[MD=-0.62,95%CI(-2.60,1.37),P=0.54]差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对神经性厌食症患者肌肉力量和生活质量的影响通过描述性分析发现,体育活动干预可提高神经性厌食症患者肌肉力量及缩短生命体征恢复稳定的时间。结论 适量的体育活动不会导致神经性厌食症患者体质量、体质量指数或体脂百分率下降并且有利于增加肌肉力量及灵活性,提高患者生活质量。
