NICU中住院早产儿多感官刺激的最佳证据总结

摘要： 目的 总结新生儿重症监护室中住院早产儿多感官刺激的最佳证据,为临床护理实践提供循证依据。方法 计算机检索UpToDate、BMJ、JBI、GIN、NGC、Cochrane Library、AWHONN、AAP、Web of Science、Embase、PubMed、CBM、万方数据库、中国知网、维普数据库、中华医学期刊全文数据库,证据类型包括指南、系统评价、最佳实践、证据总结、临床决策、专家共识、随机对照试验,检索时间为建库至2023年8月10日。结果 总共纳入文献20篇,含2篇指南、13篇系统评价、5篇随机对照试验。从多感官刺激的安全性和有效性、适用人群、人员支持、操作方法及注意事项5个方面,总结出27条最佳证据。结论 该研究总结出了住院早产儿多感官刺激的最佳证据,医护人员应根据不同早产儿的特点,定期对其进行评估,及时调整干预时间和频率等,以更好地促进早产儿生长及神经发育结局。
