摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的构建菌斑控制记录系统管理平台并验证其应用效果,为慢性牙周炎患者的菌斑控制提供系统性管理方法。方法 2020年5月由构建菌斑控制记录系统管理平台研究团队构建菌斑控制评估模块、口腔卫生维护方法评估模块、健康教育模块3个部分组成的菌斑控制记录系统管理平台。采用方便抽样方法选取2020年6月—2021年5月慢性牙周炎患者104例,使用该平台进行管理。比较传统方法和菌斑控制记录系统管理平台计算菌斑指数所用的时间,口腔卫生指导前后菌斑指数、软垢指数、牙周袋深度≥4 mm百分比、探诊出血阳性率及口腔卫生保健行为。结果菌斑控制记录系统管理平台应用后,计算菌斑指数所用的平均时间由（30.90±14.01）s缩短至（5.99±0.85）s,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.001）; 应用菌斑控制记录系统管理平台进行口腔卫生指导后,菌斑指数、软垢指数、牙周袋深度≥4 mm百分比、探诊出血阳性率、口腔卫生保健行为较应用前均有好转,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论菌斑控制记录系统管理平台有良好的实用性,有助于慢性牙周炎患者的系统管理,为临床科研提供数据支持。

Abstract: Objective To construct a recording and management platform of plaque control and assess its application effect and to provide systematic management for plaque control of patients with chronic periodontitis (CP). Methods A recording and management platform of plaque control was established in May 2020, which consisted of three modules of assessment of plaque control, maintenance of oral hygiene and health education. Convenience sampling method helped to select 104 CP patients from June 2020 to May 2021 to assess the application effect of the platform. Different time for assessing plaque index through conventional method and though the platform, plaque index, debris index, percentage of periodontal pockets ≥4 mm, and positive rate of bleeding at probing before and after oral hygiene guidance were compared. Results The time for assessing plaque index after the application of the platform was shortened from (30.90±14.01)s to (5.99±0.85)s, indicating statistical significance (P<0.001); with oral hygiene guidance for the patients from the platform, plaque index, debris index, percentage of periodontal pockets ≥4 mm, and positive rate of bleeding at probing were all improved, which had statistical significance (P<0.001). Conclusion The recording and management platform of plaque control is practical for systematic management of CP patients and provides data support for clinical research.
