摘要: 目的 对癫痫患儿应用莫扎特乐曲进行音乐干预的研究现状进行综述。方法 从音乐干预和“莫扎特效应”的内涵、作用机制、对癫痫患儿的干预策略、干预效果等方面进行总结。结果 “莫扎特效应”音乐干预操作简单方便、经济实惠,能够有效减少癫痫患儿的癫痫发作和复发。结论 “莫扎特效应”音乐干预在癫痫儿童患者护理中具有很好的应用和推广价值。但目前存在研究设计不完善、长期效果不能保证等问题,有待进一步探究和验证。
