An Exploration of Epistemology in Management:Based on the Articles of ‘Management in China’

Abstract  

This paper first outlines the mutual agreement on irrelevant relation between theory and practice, serving management practice, multiplemethodologies and academic assessment strategy primarily from the articles published in ‘management in China’, then offers a further analysis on several problems within them. In the final, a new framework epistemology in management is built, which could be beneficial to academic performance of Chinese management.
