Abstract

The relationship of research and practice should be separated and connected. There are two basic types of the connected model: the tandems connect and the parallel connect. The current management research with irrelevance to practice is not the normal connected model, it is neither the tandems connect nor the parallel connect. In the future, it is possible to bridge the gap between research and practices by the tandem connect or the parallel connect.
