Abstract

This paper investigates the FIPs of Ecommerce websites in China. By surveying 100 websites, three conclusions were found. First, most websites don’t implement FIPs so well except privacy statement and notices. Second, significant difference exits between famous and infamous websites. That is, comprehensive websites do better than others in most of the FIPs aspects, and no difference exists among websites of different founding time. Third, USA websites do better than Chinese websites in most of FIPs aspects.
