Software requirements development is essentially a process of knowledge flow. Based on the process of knowledge flow during software requirements development, and from the perspective of the theory of double factors, this paper categorized affecting factors of knowledge flow into guarantee factors and promoting factors, put forward ‘double factors’ model for knowledge flow on the process of requirements development, and describes various factors and interrelations in detail.
