Abstract  There are complex and diverse driving paths for organizational ownership behavior. Through procedural grounded research on three traditional culture oriented companies, it is proposed that under the background of the generalization of “family culture”, there are multiple paths that drives employee organizational ownership including the dominant path of conscience consciousness guided by individual virtue and two secondary paths of interest achievement and relationship identification. Through the analysis of the internal primary and secondary relationship of the multiple paths, the main role of individual virtue factors in the formation of organizational ownership behavior is highlighted.
