Abstract Based on the systemic service and individual convenience needs of elder people, this study proposes that the elder careservice platform should provide multi-item service portfolios characterized by differentiated convenience. On the basis of describing the in-depth convenienceof different service modes, this study, from the perspective of the balance of interests of customers, pension service platform operators and service providers, takes the utility and flexibility of service portfolio as well as the resource utilization of service providers into consideration and analyses the resources integration of the service portfolio. A model is set up and an algorithm is used to solve the resource integration optimization problem. Finally, a formula is used to show the validity and feasibility.
