Furthermore, this paper constructs the evolution and mechanism model of Yan Xijun’s rational and harmonious management thoughts. It creates a virtuous circle for theoretical support and research innovation; (3) Integrated medicine is the core driving element of traditional Chinese medicine companies to overcome cultural distances and achieve export-oriented management transplantation, and forms a virtuous circle of mutual promotion between theoretical guidance and practical feedback with the innovation of Chinese medicine business model; (4) The inward management transplantation and the outward management transplantation can coexist and promote each other in the enterprise.
