Abstract  Individual subjective factors are the main source of excessive psychological pressure borne by entrepreneurs. It is particularly necessary and feasible to explore the ways to resolve the psychological crisis of entrepreneurs from the perspective of culture and the influence of culture on the individual psychological world. This study based on Lao-tzu’s leadership philosophy attempts to explore the cultural path of entrepreneurs’ psychological crisis management from a new perspective of psychological tension of entrepreneurs. Combining with the realistic cases of psychological crisis events of entrepreneurs, this study puts forward four main aspects of tension types including self-individual, family-individual, organization-individual and society-individual. Besides, this study deeply analyzes the cultural paths for resolving the four types of psychological tension and makes an ideal model of sound entrepreneurial mental health structure based on Lao-tzu’s leadership philosophy.
