Research on the Relationship among Learning Orientation, Team Trust and Enterprise Innovation Performance Based on Scientific and Technological Enterprises

Abstract  This paper analyzes the relationship among learning orientation,team trust and enterprise innovation performance through the questionnaire survey data of 210 scientific and technological enterprises in Jiangsu province,using structural equation model.The results show that:learning orientation has a direct and significant positive effect on enterprise innovation performance,also the cognitive team trust;learning orientation has a direct and significant positive effect on cognitive team trust and emotional team trust.Cognitive team trust plays a partial mediating effect between learning orientation and enterprise innovation performance,but emotional team trust has no direct impact on enterprise innovation performance.Therefore,in practice,to enhance the enterprise innovation performance,we should strengthen the learning oriented and enhance the enterprise’s cognitive team trust.
