Abstract In this study, the relational model of perceived organizational support, organizational justice, organizational cynicism and counterproductive work behavior was built after extensive literature review. The respondents were employees and the supervisors were asked to evaluate the counterproductive work behavior, using the paired sample survey methods to validate the model. SPSS20.0 and LISREL8.7 were used to conduct pretest and formal test. The results showed that perceived organizational support and organizational justice had negative impact on counterproductive work behavior, organizational cynicism had a positive impact on counterproductive work behavior, and perceived organizational support and organizational justice had negative impact on organizational cynicism. Organizational cynicism played an intermediary role in the correlations of perceived organizational support, organizational justice and counterproductive work behavior. The study made the management proposals to prevent organizational cynicism and counterproductive work behavior.
