The conflicts between entrepreneurs and investors are the significant problems in the venture capital practice. Based on the doublesided moral hazard theory, the conflicts between entrepreneurs and investors are divided into four patterns by the level of their moral hazard: the equilibrious conflict; the conflict caused by entrepreneur, the conflict caused by investor and the conflict in opinion. Then we provide countermeasures in the entrepreneurs’ position, in the investor’s position and in the winwin position.
