Abstract By integrating and analyzing the literature, the concept of entrepreneurial reflection is put forward from the perspective of entrepreneurship, and the formation process of entrepreneurial reflection is constructed, which is divided into three stages of questioning, interaction and formation. On this basis, the mechanism between entrepreneurial reflection and two types of routine renewal is explained respectively. The results show that the top-down entrepreneurial reflection in the enterprise may have a stronger role in promoting the radical renewal of routines. The allies who support change in the elite layer first question the original routines, and then interact with the non-elite layer, and finally form a sharing understanding to realize the radical change in the enterprise routines. The bottom-up entrepreneurial reflection may have a stronger role in promoting the gradual renewal of routines, which is mainly through the non-elite layer of the enterprise first questioning the original routines, and then interacting with the elite layer, and finally forming a sharing understanding to promote the gradual renewal of corporate routines.
