Abstract Along with the transformation from traditional industrial age to internet age, the relationship between individual and organization demostrates equality characteristic and it is hard for organizational commitment to reveal the essential attribute between individual and organization. This study reviews and rethinks the background of organizational commitment, analyses the influence of internet age on organizational commitment, explores the inspiration of commitment, identification, citizenship behavior, and workplace spirituality to psychological bond comprehensively, and make clear the definition, object, nature, and characteristic of psychological bond deliberately. Finally, this research discusses the theoretical and practical significance of understanding the relationship between individual and organization from psychological bond perspective.
